Job Summary
A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Junior Systems Administrator in the Austin Area.
Must be able to:
- Do server related tasks including configuring IIS and Windows Web Server / Active Directory Domains
- Provision and manage infrastructure for customers in Cloud environments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional on-sites visits
- Can navigate your way around Linux including package management, and networking
- Have run websites, ideally both on IIS and Linux
- Know how to configure, manage, monitor, and back up databases
- Knows enough about active directory for a server environment
- Know proper windows server management including patching and lock downs
