Job Summary
An education product company is in need of a Telecommute K Through 12 Education Account Executive in Columbus.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting and creating new clients in the K-12 industry and spread the word
- Being a product expert on our easy-to-use SaaS technology
- Managing multiple accounts with our CRM tools to ensure customers stay happy with our product
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in working with the BOCES networks in New York State
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
- Experience in using a K-12 sales account management platform/CRM
- Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Project and program management experience with knowledge of key concepts
