Job Summary
An educational provider has an open position for a Telecommute K Through 5 STEM Teacher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests
- Conduct live Synchronous Teaching – minimum of 15 hours per week
- Maintain grade book
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travels for occasional professional development and/or school functions
- Bachelor's degree AND Six (6) months of student teaching experience
- Any PDE certification would be considered if candidate can demonstrate a desire and willingness to teach
- Pedagogical knowledge of content being taught and ability to apply critical thinking
- Knowledge of state content standards and ability to align those with the K12 curriculum
- Ability to embrace change/ adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes
