A biopharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Telecommute Kaizen Facilitation and Agile Coaching Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Educating and training colleagues on Kaizen/Agile principles
- Planning and implementing scaled agile teams
- Leading the designing as appropriate of organizational changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel will be required as part of this role
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a process redesign, improvement expert
- Is a subject matter expert in the concepts and theories in application of Agile principles
- Proven expertise in delivering business value
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Ability to lead inspire with imagination, courage, and curiosity
