- Helping to attract, recruit and hire early engineering talent
- Managing the candidate pipeline and recruiting campaigns
- Maintaining and ensuring compliance with local recruitment policies and processes

- Ability to travel frequently, with heightened travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a University/College relations recruiter or related position
- Capability to manage multiple internal customers with ease
- Ability to analyze and interpret data including recruiting metrics
