Job Summary
A travel services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Key Account Manager in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving and managing specific customer growth and retention initiatives
- Managing commercial implementation and on-boarding of assigned new customer wins
- Providing constructive feedback to improve processes, tools and product offerings
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related concentration and/or equivalent work experience in Hotel or Travel segments
- Demonstrated track record of account management within Online Booking tool, Hotel or Travel Management environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex situations effectively
