Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Knowledge Management and Ministry Analysis Director.

Must be able to:

• Deliver exceptional knowledge and analytics services to ministry teams
• Curate and share information for targeted internal and external audiences
• Lead external engagement on knowledge management with peer organizations

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of relevant Knowledge Management (KM) experience with increasing responsibility and scope of role
• Understanding of key knowledge and collaboration related technologies from a non-technical perspective
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change, create a collaborative and work in a complex matrix organization
• Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs
