Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing technical and functional solutions
- Translating business needs into functional requirements
- Reviewing software to determine feasibility in meeting business needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years working with the Kronos System with the ability to configure the system
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience working independently and with minimal supervision
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal commutation skills
