Job Summary

A California-based comprehensive information technology services firm has an open position for a Telecommute L1 Cyber Security Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Executing Network Firewall deploy – weekly changes
• Supporting external team’s changes, ensuring Network Security infrastructure is not impacted
• Responding to infrastructure alerts, identifying issues and restoring services as necessary

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience troubleshooting large complex and multi-context firewall environments
• Over five years of experience as a cyber security engineer and providing level 2 and level 3 support
• Experience providing more advanced adds/moves/changes to the firewall/security/network infrastructure
• Experience providing Network Security Firewall Incident/problem management (Level 2/3 Support)
• PAN experience including advanced PAN cyber security features
• Experience with IDS/IPS
