Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute L2 Client Server Software Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Work through resolution of technical service issues
- Analyze break/fix issues and work with empathy and sense of urgency
- Log all service data required for tracking
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven ability to write technical articles outlining problems, resolution and troubleshooting steps, required
- At least 10 years with related experience, required
- Firm background in DICOM and enterprise clinical imaging informatics
- Demonstrated effectiveness of exhibiting leadership through personal responsibility, accountability and teamwork
