Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute L2 Client Server Software Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Work through resolution of technical service issues
  • Analyze break/fix issues and work with empathy and sense of urgency
  • Log all service data required for tracking

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven ability to write technical articles outlining problems, resolution and troubleshooting steps, required
  • At least 10 years with related experience, required
  • Firm background in DICOM and enterprise clinical imaging informatics
