- Drafting and presenting client training on labor and employment issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5-10 years of executive compensation and benefits experience
- Must have several years of substantive labor law experience
- Ability to manage projects and inspire cross-functional team to high performance
- Demonstrated experience directly advising senior business leaders on executive compensation matters
- Demonstrated experience providing legal advice in a highly regulated environment
- Law degree from an accredited college or university
