Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Labor and Employment Deputy General Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the labor and employment law function
- Managing a team of labor and employment law attorneys
- Advising on labor and employment matters
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional travel, including international travel
- JD and 15 years of legal experience focused on labor and employment matters
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and related compliance issues
- Active License to practice law in the state you reside
- Prior experience managing attorneys and other legal department staff
- Prior experience advising businesses having operations in multiple states
