Job Summary
A law firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Labor and Employment FINRA Arbitration Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Joining an employment litigation Counsel
- Working on the Financial Services Employment Arbitration practice team
- Utilizing working knowledge of associated person and registered representative disputes
Qualifications Include:
- Travel to the local office will occasionally be required.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills
- Strong familiarity with the FINRA arbitration process
- 5 years of significant experience representing financial-services industry clients
