An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Laboratory Relations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Initiating and participating in multi-disciplinary decision making
• Ensuring optical laboratory processes are working as designed
• Executing or overseeing departmental special projects

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel to our respective labs based around the country
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in vision services
• Proven success developing, motivating, educating and leading teams
• Professional oral and written communication skills
