A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Large Enterprise Principal Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment in product, utilize all of their licenses and identify new opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer
- Collaborate with the account team and company Execs and effectively network within accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 8+ year of work experience
- Navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
- Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
