Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Large Enterprise Principal Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment in product, utilize all of their licenses and identify new opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer
  • Collaborate with the account team and company Execs and effectively network within accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 8+ year of work experience
  • Navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
