A cloud company is filling a position for a Telecommute Large Market Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest level of client loyalty
- Conducting ongoing business reviews that measure client success
- Providing information about company vision and product strategy

- Travel up to 50%
- 5+ years experience with Human Capital Management space
- Solid business acumen
- Familiarity with HCM software features and current competitive landscape
- Managing large enterprise accounts
