Job Summary

A consumer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Laundry Facility Management Call Center Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and supervising a team of 15+ members
  • Hiring and mentoring new talent to build a high performing team
  • Driving departmental initiatives and system enhancements

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to transform data into valuable information
  • Possesses ability to interpret legal documents
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
