Job Summary
A consumer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Laundry Facility Management Call Center Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and supervising a team of 15+ members
- Hiring and mentoring new talent to build a high performing team
- Driving departmental initiatives and system enhancements
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Strong analytical skills; ability to transform data into valuable information
- Possesses ability to interpret legal documents
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
