A company in the lawn maintenance industry needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- ASsisting to answer customer questions
- Working through their issues to ensure that they have an amazing experience
- Utilizing our customer service software to transcribe information about each call
