Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Telecommute LCSW Behavioral Care Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage caseload of members with behavioral health related issues
- Conduct assessments and develop plans of care to improve member health outcomes
- Provide clinical consultation to nonclinical staff on behavioral health related issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri
- 2 years post-Masters experience in a related mental health environment
- Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- Access to high speed internet and dedicated workspace for home office set up
