Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Lead API Automated Software Development Test Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating automated software tools to verify and quantify the quality of the produced software
  • Developing and maintaining test automation processes
  • Improving test case execution efficiency and test coverage

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 or more years of professional experience testing Microservices
  • 3 or more years of professional experience with: Java, REST-Assured, and related libraries
  • Strong working knowledge in the enterprise of Behavior Driven or Test-Driven Development
  • Proficient in the functional and nonfunctional testing of APIs
  • Experience with build and configuration tools, such as Maven or Gradle
  • Experience working in an Agile development and delivery environment
