Job Summary
An insurance and reinsurance company is in need of a Telecommute Lead Business Process Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead Process Improvement projects
- Manage multiple initiatives of significant scope and complexity
- dentify, analyze and scope process improvement opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent consulting experience
- 5 - 10+ years’ relevant experience depending on education
- Strong, proven experience demonstrating leadership, business acumen, problem solving
- Proven track record of solution design and implementation within business processes
- Proven ability to influence and affect change at all levels of the organization
- Experience with deploying aspects of large-scale business transformation projects.
