Job Summary

An insurance and reinsurance company is in need of a Telecommute Lead Business Process Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead Process Improvement projects
  • Manage multiple initiatives of significant scope and complexity
  • dentify, analyze and scope process improvement opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent consulting experience
  • 5 - 10+ years’ relevant experience depending on education
  • Strong, proven experience demonstrating leadership, business acumen, problem solving
  • Proven track record of solution design and implementation within business processes
  • Proven ability to influence and affect change at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with deploying aspects of large-scale business transformation projects.
