Job Summary
A power management technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Lead Casting Engineer in the Southfield Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing leadership, embracing and driving the company business system processes that apply to assigned project
- Providing material, testing and related manufacturing process recommendations to improve products
- Participating in the creation, implementation, and administration of vehicle group policies, procedures, and work instructions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Ferrous and aluminum casting process and product knowledge
- Casting simulation experience/ interpretation using industry recognized tools (Magmasoft or ProCast)
