Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Telecommute Lead Curriculum Designer in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing online training for curriculum design consultants
- Leading new curriculum design projects
- Supporting the hiring of curriculum design consultants for projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel up to ~25% of the time (internal staff events and partner-facing work)
- Demonstrated teaching experience in K-8 literacy
- Demonstrated experience leading and growing diverse teams
- Deep expertise in either implementing or coaching implementation of company's curriculum
- Project management experience
- Expertise in culturally responsive curriculum and instructional practices
