Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Lead Data Scientist in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Investigate, recommend, and initiate acquisition of new data resources from internal and external sources
• Work with multiple teams to support data collection, integration, and retention requirements based on business needs
• Identify critical and emerging technologies that will support and extend quantitative analytic capabilities

Qualifications Include:

• Experience working with large programs/projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Must be able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Is an Excel master.
• Ability to work with large data sets
