Job Summary
A software foundry company is in need of a Telecommute Lead Design Researcher.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evolving the design research practice
- Mentoring others in a range of design research approaches
- Providing advance design research
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Represent the company within the wider research community
- 5 years of professional design/ux research experience; preferably on agile teams
- Degree(s) in design, anthropology, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc
- 5 years of professional design experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of diverse research methods
- Experience leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
