- Knowledge of typical use-cases and trade-offs between varying persistence layers
- Experience architecting, and building for global scale-out cloud-centric environments with a focus on AWS
- Familiarity with a variety of languages and an expert level proficiency in at least one
- Ability to codify, and automate one’s self out of any nearly problem set
