A software company specializing in cloud computing solutions is filling a position for a Telecommute Lead Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of Enterprise customer accounts
- Documenting the progress of customers achieving their goals
- Providing quantitative-based tracking & reporting
