Job Summary
An email marketing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Lead Graphic Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing team of designers
- Designing banners and other graphics using copy provided by our team of copywriters
- Developing and building graphic materials for our client's email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in leading creative teams
- Motivational skills
- Expert-level experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Abilities in sharing knowledge, leading trainings and being a coach
- Understanding of dark mode and how to QA test and adjust email designs accordingly
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS to pull clients' colors and fonts from their web pages
