A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Lead Healthcare Technology Customer Success Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Standup a CS+CX technology platform
- Execute VOC analytics studies
- Enable technology to support effective execution of CSM plays
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ ears software industry experience
- 5+ years in high tech marketing, commercial operations, sales, or services
- 5+ years in Customer Success / Experience operations role
- Data analytics background and experience
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
