A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Lead Healthcare Technology Customer Success Enablement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Standup a CS+CX technology platform
  • Execute VOC analytics studies
  • Enable technology to support effective execution of CSM plays

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ ears software industry experience
  • 5+ years in high tech marketing, commercial operations, sales, or services
  • 5+ years in Customer Success / Experience operations role
  • Data analytics background and experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
