Job Summary
A higher educational provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Lead History Instructor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contributing to the new faculty onboarding and training process, including needs assessment
- Coaching, managing, and inspiring faculty through the instructional process
- Reviewing and providing feedback on faculty performance, including periodic performance reviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with adult learners in support areas
- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience managing or coordinating faculty teams required
