Job Summary
A life insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Lead HRIS Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading all Workday upgrades and adoption of semi-annual releases
- Leading small to large size HRIS projects with little or no direction from manager
- Acting as mentor to junior team members providing guidance on solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of related professional experience
- 2-3 years of Workday business process & configuration responsibility
- Robust analytical skills; knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques
- Demonstration of understanding business challenges and how to solve them from a system perspective
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to work autonomously
