Job Summary

A cancer research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Lead IT Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting
  • Lead initiatives to mitigate endpoint security risk
  • Triage and manage our IT Support Ticket queue

Qualifications Include:

  • Heavy experience managing a computer fleet using JAMF & SCCM/GPOs
  • 4+ years experience in enterprise IT Support
  • Experience with an SSO solution such as Okta, OneLogin, and/or ADFS
  • Experience with Powershell and/or Python
  • Operational experience supporting and managing Active Directory, Windows domains, and GPOs
  • Thorough understanding of network protocols and services: TCP, UDP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
