Job Summary
A nutrition science company has a current position open for a Telecommute Lead Nutrition Health Buyer.
Must be able to:
- Write an annual Sourcing plan for the sites and implement the Sourcing strategies for sites
- Collect and manage internal customers feedback on the sourcing process to identify further TCO reduction
- Increase the usage of Strategic Sourcing Methodology (SSM) on sitesBachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in business administration, communication, marketing, engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Knowledge of the Category in terms of products, services, and contracts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in business administration, communication, marketing, engineering
- Knowledge of the Category in terms of products, services, and contracts
- In-depth knowledge of Indirect Spend in terms of business dynamics, markets, innovation requirements
- A recognized qualification in Purchasing and negotiation and contracting skills and change management
- Substantial professional experience (>5 yrs.) in Purchasing (Indirect), Business Intelligence, or Marketing & Sales
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Hub/Site business needed
