Job Summary
A software services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Lead Product Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, coding, testing and help support new and existing features
- Maintaining critical architecture supporting many different z/OS-based systems management and monitoring products
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Bachelor's degree or greater in Computer Science
- At least 10 years of design and support of IBM and/or ISV products is required
- Proven skills in component design, systems level coding, unit testing and Level 3 support are needed
- A solid knowledge of z/OS and its components and related products is also needed
- Programming language proficiency is needed in at least one (preferably more) of: IBM Assembler, 'C' (SAS, Dignus or IBM) and Java
