Job Summary

A staffing firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Lead Software Developer in Appleton.

Must be able to:

• Work in Agile methodology
• Work with management to lead a small team to create new development in the data/solutions space
• Learn new technologies and apply them to your day to day practice

Qualifications Include:

• Remote opportunity for at least the next 12 months, but ideally they would like candidates to have the capability to come on site as needed
• Experience developing in Java is required for this position
• 5-8+ years of applicable development experience, preferably in a lead role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT, CS or related field
• Advanced knowledge in system design and architecture
• Ability to think analyze, and use critical thinking skills to share new ideas with team members
