A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Lead Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Clearly articulating business requirements and opportunities
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for your technology stack
  • Translating product strategies and designs from your assigned stakeholder groups

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience
  • 4+ years of HCM systems experience
  • 4+ years leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching others
  • 3+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience
  • 3+ years Oracle BIP experience
