Telecommute Lead Supplier Management Specialist
Job Summary
A consulting and engineering firm has an open position for a Telecommute Lead Supplier Management Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the supplier inbox and workflow to ensure supplier onboarding meetings KPI’s
- Providing support for suppliers/procurement personnel on SMS questions/clarifications
- Managing Supplier Documents in Supplier Management System (SMS) for compliance and approval
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience of working within a supply chain, procurement, subcontracts, vendor management role
- Experience working in and maintaining a supplier database (system of record) that will be subject to audit
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Familiar working within Procurement policies and processes
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
