Job Summary

A computer gaming company has a current position open for a Telecommute Lead Technical Producer.

Must be able to:

• Champion cross discipline collaboration between design, engineering, art, and QA disciplines
• Drive continuous improvement for team workflows and pipelines improving throughput while not sacrificing team health
• Guide the team through the product life cycle from RnD, Pre-Production, Production, Ship, and live service

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of experience working as a Game Producer or similar role
• At least 2+ years as a senior or lead level producer
• Experience shipping at least one title from pre-production to launch
• Familiar with modern game development methodologies
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• In depth knowledge around managing features through all parts of the pipeline, from ideation to release
