Job Summary

A financial services provider is seeking a Telecommute Lead User Experience Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing research projects end-to-end
  • Collaborating closely with analytics and other insights functions
  • Documenting a body of knowledge around shopper and merchant behaviors

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience conducting research within product organizations
  • Experience conducting a wide breadth of user research techniques
  • Understanding of quantitative methods, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
  • Experience working as a part of a Product Design organization
  • Proven experience working with key company stakeholders
