A financial services provider is seeking a Telecommute Lead User Experience Researcher.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing research projects end-to-end
- Collaborating closely with analytics and other insights functions
- Documenting a body of knowledge around shopper and merchant behaviors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field
- 5+ years experience conducting research within product organizations
- Experience conducting a wide breadth of user research techniques
- Understanding of quantitative methods, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
- Experience working as a part of a Product Design organization
- Proven experience working with key company stakeholders
