Job Summary
A furniture manufacturer is in need of a Telecommute Leadership and Competence Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives
- Expressing ideas and opinions effectively with ability to influence and inspire
- Networking with stakeholders across the country organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be willing to travel into each market as needed to support business partners
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading multiple teams within talent development
- Proven record of developing people and organizations through organizational development projects
