Job Summary
A educational institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Leadership and Management Adjunct Faculty Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality innovative online courses that foster critical thinking
- Communicating with students in the online environment
- Preparing graduates to take on management and leadership positions
Qualifications Include:
- Attendance and active participation in Residential Orientations for new students and Residential Conferences for returning students
- Demonstrated scholarship, leadership practice and/or accomplishments
- Previous experience in faculty leadership roles
- Able to offer online instruction regarding diverse theoretical perspectives
- Relevant supervision and teaching experience at the master's and doctoral level
- Earned PhD or EdD in management, leadership, business administration, organizational psychology, or an equivalent
