Job Summary

A business operations service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Learning and Development Global Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Create a culture of ongoing learning and development
  • Analyze individual and organizational development needs
  • Develop a plan and budget for, hire and lead a team of L&D specialists

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Occasional travel to our offices will be required
  • 4 years experience in operations leadership
  • Background in teaching, coaching or tutoring
  • Experience with LMS systems
  • Experience with various online learning platforms
  • Effective communicator with a excellent command of both written and spoken English
