Job Summary

A travel company is in need of a Telecommute Learning and Development Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
  • Track and measure learning success against key performance indicators

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 20-25% of the time
  • 8+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing learning and development plans and strategies
  • Familiarity with different learning methodologies and approaches
  • Ability to align learning plans against role- based competencies, career paths and demonstrated value of professional development of employees
  • Experience conducting learning evaluation measurements to ensure effectiveness and desired outcomes, continuous improvement based on hard metrics
  • Learning Management Systems, Adobe Connect, Live Meeting, MS Office, Adobe Connect, Live Meeting and other learning tools
