Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing interactive and engaging online training
• Assessing training effectiveness
• Continuously improving quality

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience designing and developing interactive and online trainings
• Ability to produce thorough and complete documentation
• Skill in conducting effective needs analysis, course development, and evaluation
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design tools
• Knowledge of and ability to apply learning and development standards
• Experience with learning management systems
