Job Summary

An online learning company is seeking a Telecommute Learning Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the tracking of all service engagement logistics and operations debriefs
  • Supporting team leads by copyediting all learning offerings and related material
  • Tracking and working closely with Finance team on all services invoices and expenses

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel 10-30% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 2-4 years in learning or administration management, event planning or entry level marketing role
  • Experience in managing basic projects with some experience in consulting with clients directly
  • Foundational Customer Service, Learning Service and Marketing skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Slack, Asana
