Job Summary
A manufacturer of communication augmentation devices has an open position for a Telecommute Learning Design Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the design and development of training programs
- Undertake process improvement initiatives to support future state of learning
- Apply a deep knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, assessment and evaluation methods
Skills and Requirements Include:
- B.S. degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field required
- 7 years of experience in Instructional Designer and/or Instructional Design Manager role(s) required
- Leadership experience required
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
