A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommute Learning Evaluation Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Utilizing Client's tool sets and templates
• Publishing evaluation plans and implementing training evaluation projects
• Working on a large team

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5-7 years of adult learning industry experience
• 5 years of experience in evaluating training effectiveness
• Intermediate to expert experience in data and analytics
• Expert experience in designing and publishing learning scorecards
