Job Summary
A care and support solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Learning Experience Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver training solutions
- Assess and select the best options for content creation (build or buy) decisions
- Deliver learning sessions through a variety of mediums
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience in working in instructional design and development
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Articulate eLearning tools, Zoom and GoToMeeting platforms, SharePoint, Workday, Learning Management Systems
- Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with partners across the organization
- Deep understanding of current and emerging instructional design principles
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
