Job Summary
A financial company has an open position for a Telecommute Learning Solutions Architect.
Must be able to:
- Act as primary Learning and Development point of contact for HRBP and for Business Unit requests
- Establish and maintain learning curricula/pathways for the supported business unites
- Leverage learning metrics and analytics to provide data-driven insights and to inform organization decision making
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in an L&D organization
- Previous experience with learning manager systems
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate with impact to influence key stakeholders
