Job Summary

A manged services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Learning System Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing customer service for end users
  • Supporting internal Learning and Performance requests
  • Designing and generating ad-hoc data reports

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associate’s degree or 2 years of experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience with enterprise software
  • Experience with basic project management and system implementation
  • Full understanding of database concepts
  • Data Analysis skills
  • Understanding components of full technical project life cycle experience
  • Data entry, adhoc reporting, data maintenance, data migration, data cleansing experience
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills, including expertise with Excel
